One Thing Worth Thinging

Has anyone else noticed this annoying Claude pattern? Driving me crazy lately. I've seen it and now I can't see it. Every other response

"I've done that thing you wanted..."

"One issue worth investigating"

"One discrepancy worth noting"

"One judgment call worth flagging"
